1989 Enduro
	January 7th, 1989. For this Enduro the Original (Dirty Harry)1974 Pontiac LeMans was painted Black and Silver (92). The Wreck: The Red 9 car gets hit and is turned around backwards, it is sitting in the low groove, the very same groove John is in as he comes out of turn four on the bottom groove of the track. He cannot maneuver left or right due to other race cars and he hits the #9 car a ton with mostly the Front to the Right Front. With no place to go John hits the #9 car very hard. You can hear someone say "Kubanek" got nailed" and that was accurate except I was not driving the car, John was. Because I had raced that 1974 Pontiac LeMans since 1985 most people would probably have thought I was driving, if they did not listen to the driver introductions. So we had to junk out the 1974 LeMans.
